SECTION 1 — NATURE AND SCOPE OF WARRANTY
1.1 ATOZ Bangladesh provides a limited commercial warranty on eligible products sold through its official channels. This warranty is a commitment to the quality and authenticity of our products and is offered directly by ATOZ Bangladesh, separate from and in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty that may accompany the product.
1.2 The warranty coverage duration applicable to each product is specified on the respective product page at the time of purchase and is physically indicated on the warranty sticker affixed to the product upon dispatch. The warranty period commences from the date of delivery to the Customer.
1.3 Typical warranty durations for ATOZ Bangladesh product categories are as follows:
| Product Category | Standard Warranty Duration |
|---|---|
| Bluetooth Headphones / Earphones | 7 days to 1 months |
| Powerbanks | 1 to 3 months |
| Chargers and Adapters | 7 days to 1 months |
| Cables and Connectors | 1 month (DOA only after 7 days) |
| Mechanical Keyboards, Mouse | 6 to 12 months |
| Gaming Mice and Controllers | 6 months |
| Other PC and Gaming Accessories | As specified per product |
1.4 The warranty durations stated above are indicative. The precise warranty period for any specific product shall be as stated on the product page and/or warranty sticker. In case of discrepancy, the warranty sticker shall be the controlling document.
SECTION 2 — WARRANTY COVERAGE
2.1 The ATOZ Bangladesh warranty covers manufacturing defects and spontaneous functional failures that arise under conditions of normal and intended use, including:
- Internal hardware or component failure not caused by external physical impact.
- Failure to power on or charge under normal operating conditions without any prior evidence of user misuse.
- Malfunction of core product features as described in the product specification (e.g., audio failure in headphones, charging failure in powerbanks).
2.2 The warranty does not constitute an all-encompassing guarantee of product performance under all possible conditions of use. Customers are expected to use all products in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and within specified operating parameters.
SECTION 3 — WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
3.1 The following are expressly excluded from warranty coverage and shall render the warranty null and void:
(a) Physical Damage: Any cracking, breaking, bending, scratching, or deformation of the product body or components resulting from impact, dropping, or improper handling.
(b) Liquid Damage: Any exposure of the product to water, moisture, rain, sweat, or any other liquid substance, unless the product is specifically rated and marketed as waterproof or water-resistant.
(c) Electrical Damage: Damage resulting from use with incorrect voltage, incompatible chargers, power surges, or unstable electrical supply.
(d) Warranty Sticker Tampering: The warranty sticker attached to the product is a security feature. Any removal, alteration, damage, or tampering with the sticker shall immediately and irrevocably void the warranty without exception, regardless of the condition or functionality of the product.
(e) Unauthorized Repair or Modification: Any attempt to open, repair, modify, or service the product by any party other than an ATOZ Bangladesh-authorized technician shall void the warranty in its entirety.
(f) Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, fading, or discoloration resulting from regular use over time.
(g) Consumable Components: Items such as ear cushions, cable insulation wear, and protective cases are considered consumable and are not covered beyond the initial DOA period.
(h) Misuse or Negligence: Any malfunction or damage resulting from use contrary to manufacturer guidelines, including overcharging, use in extreme temperatures, or use with incompatible devices.
SECTION 4 — WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
4.1 To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must follow the procedure outlined below strictly. Non-compliance with this procedure may result in the claim being rejected.
Step 1 — Contact Within Warranty Period: The Customer must contact ATOZ Bangladesh via WhatsApp (01717734737) or Facebook Inbox strictly within the active warranty period. Claims initiated after expiry of the warranty period shall not be entertained.
Step 2 — Submission of Evidence: The Customer shall provide the following information: (i) original order details including date of purchase; (ii) a clear and detailed written description of the defect or malfunction; (iii) photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue under normal operating conditions.
Step 3 — Preliminary Assessment: ATOZ Bangladesh shall conduct a preliminary assessment of the submitted evidence within 48 to 72 business hours and communicate a decision on whether the claim proceeds to physical inspection.
Step 4 — Product Submission: If the preliminary assessment supports the claim, the Customer shall be required to physically dispatch the product to the designated ATOZ Bangladesh collection point in Cumilla. The cost of sending the product to ATOZ Bangladesh for warranty assessment shall be borne by the Customer.
Step 5 — Physical Inspection: Upon receipt, the product shall undergo thorough inspection by ATOZ Bangladesh to determine whether the reported defect falls within the scope of warranty coverage as defined in Section 2. The outcome of this inspection shall be final and binding.
Step 6 — Resolution: Subject to inspection findings, ATOZ Bangladesh shall proceed with one of the following resolutions as applicable:
- Repair: The product shall be repaired using genuine parts where available, at no cost to the Customer within the warranty period.
- Replacement: If repair is not feasible, an equivalent replacement product shall be provided, subject to stock availability.
- Partial Resolution: In cases where only specific components are defective, only those components shall be replaced.
Step 7 — Return Delivery: ATOZ Bangladesh shall bear the delivery cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to the Customer following successful resolution of a valid warranty claim.
SECTION 5 — REPAIR VERSUS REPLACEMENT DISCRETION
5.1 ATOZ Bangladesh reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine whether a valid warranty claim is resolved through repair or replacement. This determination shall be made based on factors including but not limited to: the nature and severity of the defect, availability of spare parts, availability of replacement stock, and the cost-effectiveness of repair relative to replacement.
5.2 In cases where neither repair nor replacement is feasible within a reasonable timeframe, ATOZ Bangladesh may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or store credit in lieu of repair or replacement. The Customer shall be informed of this option, and acceptance shall be voluntary.
SECTION 6 — NON-TRANSFERABILITY OF WARRANTY
6.1 The warranty provided by ATOZ Bangladesh is personal to the original purchasing Customer and is non-transferable. In the event that the product is resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred to a third party, the warranty shall immediately cease to apply. ATOZ Bangladesh shall not honor warranty claims submitted by individuals who were not the original purchaser from ATOZ Bangladesh directly.
SECTION 7 — WARRANTY STICKER POLICY
7.1 Every eligible product dispatched by ATOZ Bangladesh shall carry a warranty sticker securely affixed to the product. This sticker serves as proof of authenticity, warranty registration, and purchase verification.
7.2 The warranty sticker is a void-on-tamper security label. Any attempt to remove, reapply, cut, scratch, mark over, or otherwise tamper with the sticker shall cause the sticker to display a VOID marking, immediately invalidating the warranty without the possibility of reinstatement.
7.3 Customers are strongly advised to leave the warranty sticker completely undisturbed for the entire duration of the warranty period. ATOZ Bangladesh shall not be held responsible for accidental voiding of the sticker and shall not accept claims where the sticker has been compromised.
SECTION 8 — LIMITATION OF WARRANTY LIABILITY
8.1 The warranty obligations of ATOZ Bangladesh shall in no event extend beyond the provision of repair, replacement, or, where applicable, refund up to the original purchase price of the product. ATOZ Bangladesh shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from product malfunction, including but not limited to data loss, personal injury, or loss of use.
SECTION 9 — GOVERNING LAW
9.1 This Warranty Policy shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from warranty claims that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
