SECTION 4 — DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

4.1 ATOZ Bangladesh facilitates delivery of ordered products through two primary mechanisms: (a) direct home delivery within the Cumilla city area, and (b) delivery via authorized third-party courier services for locations outside the Cumilla city area across Bangladesh.

4.2 Delivery Charges:

• Customers located within Cumilla city limits shall receive free home delivery at no additional charge.
• Customers located outside Cumilla city shall be charged a standard courier fee of BDT 150 (One Hundred Fifty Taka) per order, regardless of order size or weight, unless otherwise specified during the order confirmation process.

• These timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays resulting from courier partner operations, natural disasters, civil disruptions, public holidays, or other force majeure events shall not render ATOZ Bangladesh liable for compensation.

4.4 Ownership and risk of the product shall transfer to the Customer upon successful delivery and handover to the Customer or their authorized representative at the delivery address. In the case of COD orders, the Customer agrees to make payment in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery, failing which the shipment shall be returned and the order shall be treated as cancelled.

4.5 ATOZ Bangladesh is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage to products once they have been handed over to third-party courier partners.
